NCKU prepared a good app for students, why there were little people downloaded and installed it?
We tried to understand the users with interviews and questionnaire, which can give us a quick view about users' pain points. And then we built a pain points pool, which could be selected to the next iterations.

We noticed there were some phenomenon in the NCKU, and we thought these problems could also be solve in our app.
