Impact & Reflection

Improve efficiency, and precise management, and make business operations smoother.

1. Shorten the training time for the operations department, upgrading the SUS score from 57.5 to 85.

2. Users from over 150 stores benefit from the newly established automated system to prevent order explosions.

3. The system supports the integration of the billing system, kitchen system, and user-side app. It can consolidate and instantly update order statuses, and automatically generate reports, addressing the issue of restaurants facing order explosions due to outdated data. This ensures that restaurant teams can collaborate as effectively as those in the software industry.

4. Integration of payment and invoice functions has streamlined the transaction process.
